  1. 51Թ Pty Ltd (ABN 88 168 458 302) (“BYG”, “we” or “us”) cares out about the privacy of its visitors and users (“you” or “your”) and treats personal data provided to us with respect and integrity. Respect and integrity form part of our core values, which form the foundation for the way in which we conduct our business. We are committed to protecting your privacy and it is important that you understand how we look after your personal data.

  3. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data that is provided to us online through your use of our website www.bygroup.com.au (and any associated subdomains) (“Website”), offline through your interactions with us or other means.

    How do we protect your information?

  19. All supplied credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

We may use your personal information to send newsletters relating to BYG and relating legal issues that may be of interest to you. This includes sending you information about new developments, products, services, legal updates and special offers. You authorise us to use any email address or other contact information you provide to us at any time for this purpose.

You agree and acknowledge that even if you opt out of receiving marketing material, we will still send you essential information that we are required to send you relating to our business agreement. If you do not wish to receive commercial electronic messages from us, please use the unsubscribe facility or contact our office on 02 8378 1952.

  37. BYG will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.
